That is why we have promoted a <strong>Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Plan<\/strong> that transcends financial results, guided by a <strong>code of ethics based on respect for nature and personal development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our plan is based on five fundamental pillars: <strong>Well-being, Education, Equality, Environment and Industrial Innovation<\/strong>, to which we add our corporate mission: <em>to help feed the world<\/em>, contributing to global food security through reliable storage solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Well-being<\/strong>: we promote professional development in a motivating work environment, encouraging training through an annual Training Plan. We support local sports initiatives and international collaborations with customer initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>: we collaborate with universities and training centres to promote training. We welcome interns and visits from educational centres to contribute to the development of future professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Equality<\/strong>: we promote plans to ensure an inclusive and equitable working environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Environment<\/strong>: we work under ISO 14001 certification, reducing the consumption of resources such as water and electricity, with a photovoltaic plant that produces 70% of the energy consumed in the factory. We have sustainable production processes with efficient waste management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industrial Innovation 4.0<\/strong>: we are committed to digitalisation and efficient production management through advanced technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, we maintain a firm commitment to social and humanitarian projects, collaborating with associations, NGOs and foundations that contribute to the well-being of local and international communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Symaga, <strong>sustainability and social progress are part of our corporate DNA<\/strong>.
