The entire team participated in the process through an internal survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Symaga is recognised as a technically excellent, innovative and flexible company that faces challenges head-on, is humane and collaborative in its relationships, responsible and ethical in its environment, proud of its history and deeply customer-oriented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our colleagues have sent a clear message: we want to continue doing things well, continue innovating, maintain a humane environment based on respect and feel proud of what we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result shows a solid culture: a cohesive company, with a strong balance between technical excellence, innovation and teamwork, and with a clear alignment across the entire organisation.
