It also involves investing in the professional development of our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So far in 2026, <strong>22 training courses<\/strong> have already been delivered. And this commitment will continue to grow: over the coming months, we plan to run <strong>more than 33 courses, with an estimated total of over 500 hours of training<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have reviewed and updated our <strong>training management model<\/strong> to create a more structured, efficient and collaborative learning model that supports both individual development and the company\u2019s long-term objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new structure establishes a common framework for planning, coordinating and managing training, focusing on three main objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strengthening the technical skills<\/strong> of our teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promoting internal professional development<\/strong> and the progression of talent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keeping knowledge up to date<\/strong> regarding processes, regulations, products and new tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, knowledge management roles have been created, aimed at organising content and documentation, managing technical libraries, coordinating training sessions and maintaining relationships with trainers and suppliers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another project currently under development is a <strong>new onboarding plan<\/strong>, designed to facilitate the induction of future colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This reorganisation will enable us to <strong>standardise key processes<\/strong>, such as identifying training needs, managing subsidised training and communicating the annual training plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Symaga, we continue to invest in our greatest asset: <strong>our people<\/strong>.
