The objective of this day, which brought together about twenty professionals, was to know in full detail the ISO 45001 norm.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>\u201cWe are very proud to be the first company certified in 45001 in Castilla-La Mancha,\u201d commented Jorge Gonz\u00e1lez, responsible for Occupational Risk Prevention at Symaga, during his speech. He also told us how the implementation of ISO 45001 was a strategic decision, resulting in multiple benefits. The 8-month process has required an internal and external audit, and the involvement of the entire organization, AC Consultants, SPA and Management.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>Currently, Symaga is very satisfied, because 45001 is a continuous improvement plan, which is one of the objectives of prevention. We improve Internal Communication and therefore, risk reduction is more effective. In addition a better knowledge on legislation prevents breaches.
