- Well-being: we promote professional development in a motivating work environment, encouraging training through an annual Training Plan. We support local sports initiatives and international collaborations with customer initiatives.
- Education: we collaborate with universities and training centres to promote training. We welcome interns and visits from educational centres to contribute to the development of future professionals.
- Equality: we promote plans to ensure an inclusive and equitable working environment.
- Environment: we work under ISO 14001 certification, reducing the consumption of resources such as water and electricity, with a photovoltaic plant that produces 70% of the energy consumed in the factory. We have sustainable production processes with efficient waste management.
- Industrial Innovation 4.0: we are committed to digitalisation and efficient production management through advanced technologies.
In addition, we maintain a firm commitment to social and humanitarian projects, collaborating with associations, NGOs and foundations that contribute to the well-being of local and international communities.
